Through Rosann’s nonprofit Latinas in Higher Education (LHE), she produced, executed and financed the Command the Room Conference at both New York Institute of Technology and Texas A&M San Antonio.

Command the Room is a one-day professional development conference that provided attendees with the tools and best practices they need to have Executive Presence.
