ABOUT THE FOUNDER
In order to thrive in the highly competitive industry of higher education as well as successfully complete college, certain skill sets are necessary. Rosann has made a commitment to help Latinas develop their executive presence, both as students and as Latina professionals.
Rosann received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and Mathematics at Syracuse University where she was a founding member of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. She has a Master of Arts degree in history from the University at Albany where she is also pursuing her doctoral degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
Working in a team and taking on a leadership role without being asked makes you an asset and puts you in a position to make some solid power moves that will be appreciated at all levels.Details
